Thank You for a ‘Tee-riffic’ Golf Day Fundraiser
Thank you to everyone who participated in the TEARS “Putts For Rescue Mutts” Golf Tournament at Westlake Golf Club on Thursday 8 September.
Thanks to your support and generosity, TEARS Animal Rescue raised over R106,242.00 from our 20 4-Ball Teams and 6 Hole Sponsors, including R11,752.00 from the Heads & Tails Game, Raffle and the Auction.
A special thanks to actor, author and producer Frank Rautenbach for participating in this year’s 4-Ball Tournament and playing the role of MC and Auctioneer at the Prize Giving.

Shaun le Roux (playing in Frank Rautenbach’s Team) won a 2013 Magnum of Beyerskloof Pinotage.

The winners each received a bottle of KWV’s The Mentors Orchestra, a 2021 Veritas Vertex Award champion; and valued at R320 PLUS a Tyre Mart Tokai wheel balancing and alignment voucher valued at R800.
Best Score of the Day:
The 4-Ball Alliance TEAM Tyre Mart each received a bottle of KWV’s award winning The Mentors Perold, valued at R650 PLUS a 4-Ball Westlake Golf Course voucher worth R3000.
