Let Your Legacy Be Their Refuge
National Wills Week is a valuable opportunity to safeguard the future and takes place from 26 – 30 October 2020. Over 70% of working South Africans don’t have a will – here’s how to get yours for free!
The importance of having a Will drafted by an attorney cannot be overstated. If you pass away without having a Will, your assets will be distributed in accordance with the Intestate Succession Act, which means that your assets may not be left to the people or organisations of your choice.
Having an up to date Will is the most important thing you can do to make sure that when you pass away your loved ones will be looked after in the way that you want. It is also an opportunity to ensure that the cause you hold dear is not forgotten.
TEARS Animal Rescue is proud to partner with Neil Parker Attorneys. During National Wills Week, you can have a Will drafted or updated with Neil Parker Attorneys free of charge. Please call 021 785 3232 to book an appointment.
Bequests ensure the survival and growth of our organisation and help us sustain our projects, providing veterinary, sterilisation and primary healthcare services to vulnerable pets in low-income communities, enabling us in rescue, rehabilitate, shelter and rehome companion animals, and assists in the funding of our Feral Cat Project.
No matter the amount, leaving a bequest to TEARS Animal Rescue in your Will will make a huge difference to the lives of animals in distress even after you are gone.
Let your love for pets live on forever
