LEND A HELPING HAND
We’re painting, gardening, varnishing and upgrading enclosures at TEARS Animal Rescue’s Pimp My Shelter and would love your help!
Help transform TEARS by bringing what you can to assist with the following:
* PAINTING >> Paint (specifically Dulux “Zodiac Night”, colour mixing code: 70GG 13/323), paint brush, paint tray and roller, turpentine.
* VARNISHING >> Dark-stain wood varnish (teal, oak or imbulia) and a paint brush.
* GARDENING >> Plants (ground covers, succulents, honeysuckle, bougainvillea), compost, potting soil, gardening tools and supplies.
* DIY PROJECTS & GENERAL MAINTENANCE >> If you’re good at DIY, can wield a power tool or are a skilled carpenter, builder, welder or maintenance person, we’d love to hear from you. We have a variety of projects for you to tackle and can assign the perfect project based on your skillset. Please get in touch with us so we can recommend a project before the Pimp My Shelter event.
